class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u66fe\u63a5\u53d7\u8fc7<strong>\u68d5\u6988\u53f6\u89e3\u8bfb<\/strong>,\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u4e2a\u4eba\u5316\u7684\u6307\u5f15\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u8fc7<strong>\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u963f\u80b2\u5420\u9640\u8865\u6551\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong>\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u4f46\u963f\u80b2\u5420\u9640\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48?\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5386\u7ecf\u65f6\u95f4\u8003\u9a8c\u7684\u5b9e\u8df5\u53c8\u80fd\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u5347\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u6d3b?\u5728\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d,\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u963f\u80b2\u5420\u9640\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u3001\u5176\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u5219,\u4ee5\u53ca\u963f\u80b2\u5420\u9640\u8865\u6551\u65b9\u6cd5\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u4f60\u7684\u7075\u6027\u4e0e\u8eab\u4f53\u65c5\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7ed9\u4e88\u652f\u6301\u3002<a class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u963f\u80b2\u5420\u9640\u7684\u8d77\u6e90\u4e0e\u6f14\u53d8<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u963f\u80b2\u5420\u9640\u610f\u4e3a<strong>&#8220;\u751f\u547d\u7684\u79d1\u5b66&#8221;<\/strong>,\u5386\u53f2\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u81f3<strong>5000\u591a\u5e74\u524d<\/strong>,\u6df1\u6df1\u690d\u6839\u4e8e\u53e4\u8001<strong>\u5420\u9640\u7ecf\u5178<\/strong>\u7684\u667a\u6167\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u8fd9\u5957\u6574\u4f53\u6027\u7684\u4f53\u7cfb\u7531<strong>\u4ed9\u4eba(\u5723\u8005)<\/strong>\u53d1\u5c55\u800c\u6765,\u4ed6\u4eec\u89c2\u5bdf\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u89c4\u5f8b\u3001\u8349\u672c\u533b\u5b66,\u4ee5\u53ca\u4eba\u7c7b\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u963f\u80b2\u5420\u9640\u8ba4\u4e3a,\u5b87\u5b99\u4e2d\u7684\u4e07\u4e8b\u4e07\u7269,\u5305\u62ec\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8eab\u4f53,\u90fd\u662f\u7531<strong>\u4e09\u79cd\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u4f53\u8d28(dosha)\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u80fd\u91cf<\/strong>\u6784\u6210\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e09\u79cd\u4f53\u8d28\u2014\u2014\u74e6\u5854(Vata)\u3001\u76ae\u5854(Pitta)\u4e0e\u5361\u6cd5(Kapha)\u2014\u2014\u652f\u914d\u7740\u6240\u6709\u751f\u7406\u3001\u60c5\u7eea\u4e0e\u5fc3\u7406\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u62e5\u6709\u8fd9\u4e09\u79cd\u4f53\u8d28\u7684<strong>\u72ec\u7279\u7ec4\u5408<\/strong>,\u8fd9\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u503e\u5411\u3001\u4f18\u52bf\u4e0e\u8584\u5f31\u4e4b\u5904\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3
