I was born in Belgium and spent 15 years traveling, mostly in Asia, receiving and giving spiritual teachings. I am currently based in France, where I have been living for the past 7 years. I love everything related to spirituality, especially anything that brings us closer to the Source and helps us establish our natural state of being. My greatest passion is connecting with nature and exploring consciousness through all forms of meditation, yoga, tantra, shamanism, energy and soul work, philosophy, metaphysics, transpersonal psychology, symbolology, etc.
I am a yoga and meditation teacher and also wear many other hats. My favorite activity is guiding the process of meditation retreats. I joined the MPL team because it gives me the opportunity to raise the level of consciousness on the planet, help people to reach their best potential, and meet spiritually inclined people. And the work of the team is amazing. My vision for the world is to develop a society rooted in true spirituality, where the main values are empathy and mutual respect for each other and for nature.
