Free rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at no cost up to48 hours before your scheduled session. Simply contact us and we will find a new time that works for you.
Rebooking fee applies if you reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, do not attend, or arrive more than 20 minutes late. In these cases, a €80 rebooking fee is required before your next appointment can be confirmed.
Your original reading is fully preserved. Paying the rebooking fee does not mean starting over. Your thumb impression match and all prior work remain on record — you simply need a new time slot.
