Life doesn't always go as planned — and that's okay. Here is what you need to do to secure your next reading.

Whether something urgent came up, you simply forgot, or the timing wasn't quite right —
it happens to the best of us. Your reading is still there for you.
Because both your Nadi reader and your translator had their calendars blocked for your
session and were unable to fill that time on short notice, an €80 rebooking fee is required before we can confirm your next appointment.
Cancellation policy
Our scheduling policy
Free rescheduling: Your first reschedule is free if you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled session. Simply contact us and we will find a new time that works for you.
Rebooking fee applies for any further reschedule, or if you reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, do not attend, or arrive more than 20 minutes late. In these cases, a €80 rebooking fee is required before your next appointment can be confirmed.
Your original reading is fully preserved. Paying the rebooking fee does not mean starting over. Your thumb impression match and all prior work remain on record — you simply need a new time slot.
