1Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, operating as MyPalmLeaf ("MyPalmLeaf," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website www.mypalmleaf.com and any other related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
MyPalmLeaf is registered in Estonia, with its registered office at Tööstuse tn 48, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia.
2Supplemental Terms
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents may be posted on the Site and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Site after any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
3Legal Compliance
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users accessing the Site from outside Estonia must ensure compliance with applicable local laws. MyPalmLeaf cannot be held responsible for use of the Site in jurisdictions where its content or functionality may violate local regulations.
4Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to MyPalmLeaf and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of the Content is strictly prohibited. Third-party content is subject to its respective license terms, which remain the responsibility of the third party.
5User Representations
By using the Site, you represent that:
- All registration information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
- You will not use the Site for any unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Failure to comply with these representations may result in the termination of your account.
6Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By
using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy
Policy.

7Products and Services
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free. Products and services are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely, and details about accepted payment methods can be found on the Site.
8Refunds and Returns
A. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. For goods (e.g. a mala, a yantra or souvenirs sent to you), it expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail):

You can also use the “Withdraw from contract here” function on our website or the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. If you use the online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
B. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Services. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
C. When the right ends early or does not apply
- Readings, additional chapters, ceremonies and calls (services). Your right of withdrawal ends when we have fully performed the service, if:
- you expressly asked us to begin it before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- you confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
- Recordings, manuscripts, transcripts and other digital files. Your right of withdrawal ends when we begin to supply them, if:
- you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period;
- you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and
- we confirmed this to you by e-mail.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. a yantra energised in your name): there is no right of withdrawal.
- Pilgrimages and retreats with accommodation on fixed dates: there is no right of withdrawal under these rules; the travel terms apply.
Our guarantee comes on top of this: No Leaf, No Pay. If your palm leaf cannot be found within three appointments, you receive a full refund of the reading, whether or not your right of withdrawal still applies.

9Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Distribute malicious software, such as viruses or malware.
- Interfere with the Site’s security features.
- Harvest or scrape user data from the Site without permission.
- Engage in activities that harm the functionality or reputation of the Site.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or legal action. We reserve the right to monitor activities on the Site to detect and prevent prohibited activities.
10User-Generated Contributions
If the Site allows for user-generated content ("Contributions"), you agree that:
We reserve the right to moderate or remove Contributions that violate these Terms.
11Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes informally. Please contact us at info@mypalmleaf.comto discuss any concerns.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The arbitration seat will be in Tallinn, Estonia, and proceedings will be conducted in English. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Exceptions
12Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyPalmLeaf and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services.
This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, personal injury, or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
13Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or its services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or errors, including those caused by external factors beyond our control. Users are responsible for backing up their own data where applicable.
14Specific Terms for Readings and Remedies
MyPalmLeaf acts solely as a facilitator, connecting clients with experienced palm leaf readers in India. We are not responsible for the content, interpretation, or outcomes of the readings.
Predictions provided in the readings are not guarantees and should be considered as guidance rather than certainties. Clients bear full responsibility for their own lives, decisions, and actions, regardless of the information received during a reading.
Remedies suggested during the readings are recommendations offered in good faith. While rooted in tradition, these remedies do not constitute promises of physical, emotional, or spiritual healing.
Sessions conducted as part of our palm leaf reading services are recorded (audio and/or video). Recordings are reviewed by our team and may be analyzed using AI-assisted tools to assess and improve the quality of our service delivery. By booking and using our services, you consent to this recording and analysis. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at info@mypalmleaf.com, though this may affect our ability to provide the service.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a resident of the European Union, you may also benefit from the consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted under EU consumer protection regulations.
