These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, operating as MyPalmLeaf ("MyPalmLeaf," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website www.mypalmleaf.com and any other related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
MyPalmLeaf is registered in Estonia, with its registered office at Tööstuse tn 48, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia.

3Conformità legale

8Rimborsi e resi
Poiché ogni lettura viene preparata individualmente per te, gli ordini sono di norma definitivi. I rimborsi sono riconosciuti ai sensi della nostra garanzia riportata di seguito e in tutti i casi in cui la normativa applicabile a tutela dei consumatori lo imponga.
I servizi offerti da MyPalmLeaf sono altamente personalizzati e realizzati su misura per ogni persona sulla base della sua impronta del pollice, che è unica. Inviando la tua impronta del pollice, riconosci e accetti che il servizio fornito è personalizzato specificamente per te.
In conformità con la normativa dell'Unione europea a tutela dei consumatori, i servizi personalizzati sono esclusi dal diritto di recesso previsto per legge. Pertanto, una volta inviata l'impronta del pollice e avviato il processo di personalizzazione, non è più possibile ottenere un rimborso o annullare l'ordine — con un'unica eccezione. Se non viene trovata alcuna foglia di palma corrispondente a te, ricevi il rimborso completo. Sono inclusi fino a tre appuntamenti di ricerca. Se la tua foglia non viene trovata neppure dopo il terzo appuntamento, consideriamo la ricerca infruttuosa e ti rimborsiamo l'intero importo pagato per la lettura. Ciò riguarda la lettura in sé; gli articoli acquistati separatamente e già prodotti o spediti non sono compresi.
9Attività vietate
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Distribute malicious software, such as viruses or malware.
- Interfere with the Site’s security features.
- Harvest or scrape user data from the Site without permission.
- Engage in activities that harm the functionality or reputation of the Site.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or legal action. We reserve the right to monitor activities on the Site to detect and prevent prohibited activities.

The arbitration seat will be in Tallinn, Estonia, and proceedings will be conducted in English. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Eccezioni

To the extent permitted by law, MyPalmLeaf and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services.
This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, personal injury, or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

MyPalmLeaf acts solely as a facilitator, connecting clients with experienced palm leaf readers in India. We are not responsible for the content, interpretation, or outcomes of the readings.
Predictions provided in the readings are not guarantees and should be considered as guidance rather than certainties. Clients bear full responsibility for their own lives, decisions, and actions, regardless of the information received during a reading.
Remedies suggested during the readings are recommendations offered in good faith. While rooted in tradition, these remedies do not constitute promises of physical, emotional, or spiritual healing.
Le sessioni condotte nell'ambito dei nostri servizi di lettura delle foglie di palma vengono registrate (audio e/o video). Le registrazioni vengono esaminate dal nostro team e possono essere analizzate mediante strumenti basati sull'intelligenza artificiale per valutare e migliorare la qualità dell'erogazione del nostro servizio. Effettuando una prenotazione e utilizzando i nostri servizi, Lei acconsente a tale registrazione e analisi. 15Legge applicabile
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a resident of the European Union, you may also benefit from the consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted under EU consumer protection regulations.
