Namasté, I am originally from Germany, grew up near the Dutch border and live in the beautiful Westerwald (Western Forest) between Cologne and Frankfurt. I enjoy meditation, yoga, Vedic astrology, Ayurveda, painting, mountain biking, skiing, reading and hanging out with friends. My passion is family, sailing and travelling the world.
