Marie discovered yoga during a challenging time in her life and quickly found it to be a path of deep healing and transformation. What began as a physical practice soon became a journey into emotional and spiritual growth. Since 2018, she has trained in Hatha, Tantra, Yoga Nidra, and Ayurveda across Thailand, India, and Nepal. Her classes gently weave these traditions into a supportive and accessible space, inviting students to connect with their inner balance and peace.

How does it work and what do I have to do?

The class takes place live via Zoom and is mainly designed for beginners that have not a lot of experience in yoga but it is suitable for all levels of experience. All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and a quiet place. Once you have registered, you will receive the access link and all the information by email – it’s very straightforward.
