I was born in Switzerland in a small village. At 18, I started to travel and explore the world and was fascinated with the various cultures and landscapes. In my 20ies, I had a health issue that took me many years to overcome. It was a very challenging time for me, but I learned a lot and finally overcame the condition. Later, I realized that the world is not just outside to explore but even more within, something which is beyond any limits.
Now, I'm blessed to help others overcome their health conditions and even to have deeper insights about themselves through meditation, yoga, and learning about the palm leafs.
