I am originally from Germany, but my heart is calling me out into the world.
I teach yoga with a focus on trauma sensitive yoga and yoga for the female cycle. It's my passion to help and support others on their journey to healing. That is also the treason why I love to work at MPL. My vision for our world is to be there for each other and help guide each other home, to remind one another that we are already whole and to build a sustainable long term healthily world and community.
