My journey towards self-discovery and healing began with a spiritual awakening in 2012, which led me to explore various therapeutic and spiritual practices.
With formal training in Early Childhood Education and self-taught Psychology, as well as Fine Arts, I have deepened my understanding of techniques such as meditation and holotropic breathwork, inspired by masters like Claudio Naranjo and Stanislav Grof.
After co-creating a holistic space in Mexico, I am now dedicated to supporting people in their process of discovery through palm leaf readings at My Palm Leaf. My mission is to create safe spaces that facilitate healing and spiritual growth.
