I was born in Germany with Russian and Kazakh roots and therefore I love to speak different languages and diving deep into different cultures.
I have lived in many countries around the world and I feel most connected to Asia and Latin America, where I live most of the time.
I am a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner and I am passionate about Astrology, Meditation and everything that connects the body, mind and spirit.
Being of service and supporting people on their own life journeys fills my heart and is the reason why I work at MPL.
My vision for the world is for everyone to connect with their heart, to love themselves and be kind to themselves and each other so that we are capable to share love and compassion with everyone around us and to remind each other of our light by lifting each other up and by living from the heart. ❤️
