AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Agreement to Terms These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, operating as MyPalmLeaf (“MyPalmLeaf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website www.mypalmleaf.com and any other related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
MyPalmLeaf is registered in Estonia, with its registered office at Sakala tn 7-2, Tallinn, Harju 10141.Supplemental Terms Supplemental terms and conditions or documents may be posted on the Site and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Site after any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Legal Compliance The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users accessing the Site from outside Estonia must ensure compliance with applicable local laws. MyPalmLeaf cannot be held responsible for use of the Site in jurisdictions where its content or functionality may violate local regulations. Note: Nothing in these Terms overrides the consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the European Union.
Intellectual Property Rights The Site and its entire content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to MyPalmLeaf and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of the Content is strictly prohibited.
Third-party content is subject to its respective license terms, which remain the responsibility of the third party.

Refunds and Returns All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Exception: If your palm leaf cannot be found within 3 appointments, you are eligible for a full refund.
The services provided by MyPalmLeaf are highly personalized and tailored to each individual based on their unique thumbprint. By submitting your thumbprint, you acknowledge and agree that the service provided is customized specifically for you.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, personalized services are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Therefore, once the thumbprint has been sent and the personalization process has commenced, refunds or cancellations are no longer possible.
Prohibited Activities You agree not to:
Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Distribute malicious software, such as viruses or malware.
Interfere with the Site’s security features.
Harvest or scrape user data from the Site without permission.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or legal action. We reserve the right to monitor activities on the Site to detect and prevent prohibited activities.
User-Generated Contributions If the Site allows for user-generated content (“Contributions”), you agree that:

Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, MyPalmLeaf and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services.
This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, personal injury, or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
Modifications and Interruptions We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or its services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or errors, including those caused by external factors beyond our control. Users are responsible for backing up their own data where applicable.
